SATISFACTION GUARANTEED We stand behind our merchandise 100%. Your satisfaction is very important to us! All of the merchandise is inspected upon completion and again before shipping. If you ever have a problem with an item, please call or email and we will be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING We are only shipping in the United States at the present time. We will ship all orders via USPS First Class mail FREE OF CHARGE. If you require a different shipping method, please let us know. You will only pay the actual shipping charge (No handling fee).

SALES TAX The law required us to collect a 6% sales tax on all Connecticut "ship to" orders.

RETURNS We will be happy to accept returned items within 15 days of shipping date. You MUST contact jewelrybyyou@thebeadedcalf.com BEFORE returning. All returns are shipped at the customer's expense. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee except for exchanges.
